We are a local, licensed and insured property management company with local staff managing properties in the Charleston area.  Our office is located in North Charleston. 

While we are technology-based, we are customer-service focused.  We want our tenants to enjoy living in their home, and we want our clients to feel comfortable knowing their investment is being taken care of. 

About Aaron Silverman
Bluewater Property Management LLC’s owner and property manager-in-charge, Aaron Silverman, has been managing properties for his real estate investment company since 2007.  He received his property management license in 2012 to work with landlords, property owners and real estate investors.

Aaron is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and the Charleston Apartment Association.  He is the current President (2023-2024) of the NARPM Charleston Chapter.

Philanthropy
Aaron and his wife started the Ari Foss Foundation in honor of their son, Ari Foss Silverman, who was stillborn at full term in 2014.  The Ari Foss Foundation was created to help families overcome the financial stress created by losing a child through a stillborn death. To work towards that goal, the Ari Foss Foundation will be working with the Palliative Care Program at MUSC to pay funeral or cremation expenses for families that have lost their child due to stillbirth.
